GAS N GO Car Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Agreement
This document serves as a legally binding agreement between GAS N GO (“the Company”) and the customer (“the Renter”) for the rental of a vehicle.
2. Rental Eligibility
a. The Renter must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
b. The Renter may be required to provide additional identification and documentation as requested by the Company.
3. Booking and Payment

4. Vehicle Usage
a. The Renter agrees to use the rental vehicle only for legal and authorized purposes.

c. Activities such as off-roading, towing, and participating in races are strictly prohibited.
5. Rental Duration
a. The rental period begins at the agreed-upon pickup time and ends at the designated return time.

6. Insurance and Liability
