Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  1. Cancellation: a. If the Renter requests a cancellation at least 48 hours before the rental start date, a handling fee of 360 MAD/TTC will be applied. b. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or through the designated cancellation process.

  2. Refunds: a. For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start date, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used during the booking, minus the handling fee. b. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days  from the cancellation date.

  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations: a. If the Renter submits a cancellation request less than 48 hours before the rental start date, no refund will be due.

  4. Modifications: a. The Renter may request modifications to their reservation, such as changes to the pickup/drop-off dates, vehicle category, or additional services. b. Modifications are subject to availability and approval by GAS N GO. c. Modifications may result in a rate adjustment or additional fees, depending on the updated reservation details.

  5. Force Majeure: a. In exceptional circumstances or force majeure events that prevent the Renter from fulfilling the rental agreement, GAS N GO will review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. b. Proper documentation or evidence may be required to support the force majeure claim.

  6. Exceptions: a. The terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy may vary for special promotions, long-term rentals, or corporate accounts. Specific conditions and policies will be communicated during the booking process or stated in separate agreements.
