Late Return Policy
Grace Period: a. A “grace period” is provided for the Renter in case of late return. b. The grace period allows for a delay of 0 to 59 minutes from the scheduled return time with no additional charges.
Late Return Charges: a. For each 24-hour period or part thereof beyond the grace period, the Renter may be charged an extra day’s rental at the current rental rates. b. Late return charges are applied as follows:
- If the vehicle is returned between 60 and 119 minutes late, the Renter will be charged half of the daily rental rate for that vehicle.
- If the vehicle is returned between 120 minutes and one day late, the Renter will be charged the full daily rental rate for that vehicle.
- For each additional day or any part thereof that the vehicle is returned late, the Renter will be charged the daily rental rate for that vehicle.
